"The staff are very nice, good atmosphere. However I woke up the first night staying there to bites all over my body. I believe they were bug bites. I told the front desk and they changed my sheets, which didn’t completely fix the problem but I appreciated the help and they were very apologetic."

"Zentrales Hostel, mit der Straßenbahn nicht weit vom Hostel gelang man gleich in die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück für EUR 10,50 war gut und ausreichend. Leider gab es keinen Bereich zum Kochen oder für Lebensmittelaufbewahrung für Selbstversorger, wie ich das von anderen Hostels kenne. Die Nachtruhe wurde gut eingehalten. Für uns war ein großes Plus, dass die Räder in der Garage aufbewahrt wurden, daher haben wir dieses Hostel gewählt. Preis-Leistung finde ich zu hoch...

"This is the worse experience, they fixed the payment credit card, it didn’t work my three credit cards, because they wanted only cash I listed other customers with the same problem, finally a paid with cash, my room was like jail cell 8x5 , not a bathroom, not a single chair to sit on it , we had to put everything on the floor, the bank beds a nightmare, we share a bathroom,the bathroom 2.5x6ft , if you take a shower the toilet and the sink got wet , stairs to the second and 3th floors 6 inch...

"Rommet i 3 etasje var greit rengjort. Toalettet og dusjen i 3 etasje derimot, disse er det en helt annen historie med! Dusjhodet er knekt, badet er direkte skittent. Toalettet blir ikke rengjort og gjester oppfører seg ikke særlig bra her, ref Britiske turister… Mye støy å britene er opptatt av å se om døren passer på andre siden av rommet når de går inn/ut. Betjeningen er veldig hjelpsom og lokasjonen er midt i blinken. Utslitte madrasser og putene er så gamle at de går i oppløsning, men alt i...
