"Great place but gross housekeeping"

"The place was disgusting, the rugs moist and dirty, and beers and bags where left in my room for me to clean up upon checking in. The showers have terrible pressure and must be hoses because the sensor comes right off the wall. I woke up to bed bugs in my bed after a nap on my first day and reported it and brought down the bed bug. The manager on site apologized stating it was unacceptable, but informed me there were no other rooms available and that I should try and ask for a refund and find...

"The pods are so small I could not get into them and when I asked for a switch to a shared room instead, I had to pay more. Towels were not included and you have to pay extra for a towel. The shower leaked water out to the floor so with a shared room of 4 people showering... You can imagine how flooded the bathroom became. Stepping on dirty soaked towel after washing my body was not ideal. Staff acted like there were out of it and the only thing good about this place was the cafe staff. They were...

"Had a fantastic stay. Property was visually fantastic, pricing was pretty reasonable. The staff member who stays overnight was also very useful. Had come back with someone from an event who had run into some troubles, and although they could not provide a bed they went out of their way to help the person which was nice."

"This hostel was definitely on the lower end of the hostels I stayed at while travelling Europe. I would say for the PRICE in Amsterdamn it was good. The biggest issue for me was the bathrooms almost never seemed clean.the one in our room, the sink was OVER the toilet so the layout was kinda awkward. I arrived and somebody was using my assigned locked cage under the bed, so I mentioned it to staff just to ask if I should use the one they're assigned since theyre out and I plan to explore early...
