"The images really sell the property, but sadly the reality is not the same. The pipes in our room sounded like a pneumatic drill going off every 25 minutes. There were chunks and holes in the walls, the thermostat was hanging off the wall.. we were delighted at the price and the pictures but sadly it is not the reality. They also tried to charge extra city tax without telling us in advance as they gave us a different room to what we reserved."

"Perfectly fine. Very well located, very helpful staff. Lack of resource let the stay down. Specifically: - At breakfast by 9am there’s a queue for a table and it’s one in one out. We waited 5-10 mins every day for a table around this time - Check in supposed to be 3pm. We arrived at 14.45. The room wasn’t ready. We returned 3.30pm, the room wasn’t ready. Returned again 4.15pm, the room wasn’t ready. The staff were nice about it and gave 3 free drinks at the bar that we didn’t end up using but really there should be better resources for a 5* hotel to avoid these situations"
