"Estuvimos 3 noches y no se cambiaron toallas ni hubo limpieza de la habitación. La zona es muy tranquila y el hotel también, lo recomendamos 100%, aunque las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y no podías abrir las ventanas para que se aireara."

"Very convenient walk to central Amsterdam near all of the restaurants, Anne Frank house, Van Gogh Museum, canal cruises, Heineken. Clean, comfortable, nice little dining area with a coffee machine to make your own coffees in the mornings. Vending machine in lobby for any snacks or drinks you may have forgotten to grab. Tram isn’t a far walk either. Staff were very nice. Bathroom is a little small and has a step up so sometimes would trip going in and out. Housekeeping tidied up very nicely...

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs. "Room did not have counters, drawers, vanity or anywhere to put belongings. Breakfast had a good selection but the restaurant was chaotic and disorganized. Front desk staff and concierge were excellent. Great location restaurant staff delivered very poor service."
