"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They advertise that they have access to eating establishments within 1 mile however, those places do not exist. Its in the middle of no where. I initially booked thinking i will have access to food and transportation but that is not the case. They are a money making hotel. They mentioned its 5 euro for shuttle. They charged 6 Euro. They mentioned less euro for breakfast but they charge 20 Euro. They advertise one thing and its another. The property is clean and beautiful but the staff were rude and dont know anything. My first day after a long train from Paris. I was told to walk 25 mins to a area called Alsumeer. I could of easily taken the shuttle to the airport to eat. I had a small child and I was pregnant and this hotel made my trip hard. Also the shuttle drivers dont all stop at the designated stop so i missed it few times until i realized i have to be at the end to catch where they stop. This was a horrible experience and do not recommend for elderly or small children. Also they need to fix their advertisement online. They charge for bikes, umbrella, shuttle, etc. its a money making establishment. You will spend and spend unnecessary. The staff dont know anythinng when asked for help. Also i asked for a extra pillow first night and never received it because house keeping not there. I stayed 3 nights and never received it. Horrible experience. "

"Was sent to a room in a separate building. No lift. Walked the stairs and then was confronted with masses of building stuff, plaster board, dust. Went back to reception asked for a different room. Had to take a twin room in the conference block with a balcony. Woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke with someone smoking on the balcony as the entire balcony for the whole floor isn’t seperated. "

"Had room 115 on the first floor. Woken by a delivery lorry at 5:30am and then from 6:30am had the joy of listening to someone thumping up and down on a running machine. A room to avoid. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, with a good front of house team and all things good as you might expect from a Marriott."

"Rooms dirty on arrival. Ask for housekeeping and cleaning and still was dirty. Bathroom faucet was loose as well. Shower horrible and almost flooded the whole bathroom. Of course it smelled like weed everywhere. Not a great hotel at all."
