"We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Pulitzer Amsterdam. All of the hotel staff was extremely cordial and helpful, especially Camila the manager, who helped us resolve the issue with our room not being ready on time. It is an absolutely beautiful environment, and the location is unbeatable. We highly recommend it for your next trip to Amsterdam. "

"Room (superior) was a decent size, basic, but okay. Shower over the bath was a bit of a pain, but again not a deal breaker. Breakfast - while a bit pricey - had good choice with all the standard Euro options plus scrambled egg and crispy bacon. Staff were helpful and had a great room for luggage. Location is also very central for price."

"Airport Shuttle was very convenient and easy to use. The buffet breakfast was convenient and the later than usual check-out time and longer breakfast hours were an advantage when travelling with kids."

"We booked into the hotel and expected to stay in the hotel with a chance of overlooking the canal, but when we checked in we were sent across the road to a seperate building which felt unsecure, and as we were on the first floor we could hear everyone walking past our room and loud voices and doors slamming constantly all times of the day and night. The room was clean and basic but ok. Bathroom was good and clean. Would not have booked this property if we knew we would be staying separately from the main hotel. Other to that the location was great and couldn't have been more central. Just would've liked some transparency about possibly not being in the main building, as the building we were in was so noisy and disrupted our sleep every night."
