Communicating with staff was difficult, as there were times where our included breakfast option was removed from the booking, and additional services were added that we didn’t ask for. Also asked for slippers from the front desk, but they never got delivered, despite the front desk confirming."

"The room was great—nice and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Only issue was the shower drain; even though the filter was clean, water kept spilling out, so something’s probably up with the drainage. Other than that, everything was really good. Transport was super convenient too, easy to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again ."

"Room was as expected, clean and efficient, though we never could get our heat to work and after several attempts with the person on duty, we decided it was better to layer up than to risk it going on high and being too hot in the room. Temps were from 30-50 while we stayed there. The beds are NOT king size, but just 2 twins slid together, sheeted, and blanketed separately, which is NOT conducive to couples snuggling! Staff was great! It was very convenient for our purposes. Great...
