"We travelled to Amsterdam and chose this hotel because it's a short train ride to the city, and more affordable and quaint. The location was very convenient - a three minute walk from Leiden Central station. While the room was ready when we arrived, we were charged $10 euros/hour to access it early. "Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc). Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. The hotel is a great location, right in the middle of Leiden centre."

"We arrived late so no reception but instructions were clear to get to room. Unfortunately the hotel and room smell like a barn but u get used to it. We woke up early to a ton of seagulls attacking the garbage bags for a few hours starting at 4:3am that was in bags just beside the hotel. I don’t know if I would rush back to this place. But the breakfast and receptionist at Rembrandt were good and the location is nice (other than being beside two big garbage bins) Thanks."

"De ligging is perfect. In het centrum en toch rustig. Parkeren (betaald) kan voor de deur. De accomodatie is werkelijk fantastisch en de gastvrouw ook. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Perfecte locatie om fietstochten te maken met onze meegebrachte fietsen!! En zelfs met een huursloepje langs onze accomodatie gevaren. Kortom een echte aanrader!!"
