"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. "I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but in this case, I feel obligated to warn potential travelers. If you have ANY sort of problem there is no one to help you. We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology. I would classify this apartment as a sub-par highway motel or youth hostel. Warm water shower and 1 flat pillow each. I was not...
