"The apartment itself is average. There are a few TLC issues: cupboard doors broken, bedside table cracked, uncomfortable sofa, broken freezer etc. The floor could do with a good clean. The entrance is down a dirty alleyway where the restaurants keep their bins. You need a code to enter the property every time, there is no key. I messaged the company to say the WiFi and TV were not working and received a standard reply to thank me for my feedback but no help. The apartment is a very good size,...

"This is a prime location directly few steps from the high street it's a shopping heaven place. You are also close from the train station and the metro as well. The location need to have a bit of TLC into it to be a 5 stars place. You have the strict basic minimum there only. Don't think you will cook a huge meal there you will not be able but for some pasta you will do but don't forget your own salt because you don't have pepper neither salt provide! If you want wine bring your own bottle...

"We had a miserable experience. The flat was charming and clean but there was no hot water, the mosquitos were unbearable, and the tram was so loud it sounded like it was in the flat. We tried to get help with the hot water for 4 days and we never got it. We took freezing cold showers the entire time. There are no screens on the windows and we woke up every day with tons of mosquito bite The tram squeks around a corner right outside the window through most ofvthe night.
