"Communication was terrible !!! Slow and incomplete There was no Toilet paper at one point When asked about a rollaway bed I was told 50euro a night then when I ordered it I was told it can only be done in the morning There was no way to open windows and it was HOT in the apptment We booked a 2 room appt. We ended up getting a place with a loft… THAT was not described in the reservation The couch in the reservation was shown as a 3 seater ( it could have served as a back up bed) we had...

"They accommodated us the best they could given the situation. The only negative I have is the outside patio chairs were broken and having to clean fully before you check out. This means taking off all the sheets and taking the trash out. Also having to pay for towels. The scenery was beautiful. The gate being closed after midnight was crazy and not opening until 5 am was ridiculous"

"Yes this place is costly but for the experience it’s underpriced. We loved the SPA and renting bikes to tour the country bike trails all around Valkenburg. Highly recommend the apartments for privacy and direct proximity to the SPA and cathedral. 10/10"

"Fue una sorpresa que la habitación quedara en el cuarto nivel de una casa antigua que tiene escalones diminutos, subir el equipaje (5 maletas) fue todo un reto, La habitación como se anunciaba bastante competa y cómoda, pero la fecha en la que llegamos fue la más calurosa del año y al ser el apartamento del ultimo nivel era demasiado caliente y las ventanas era imposible abrirlas por la cantidad de mosquitos en el área. Sería ideal que renueven el A/C pues los ventiladores no eran suficientes....
