"위치가 정말 좋아서 공항에서 버스를 타고 천호역에 내리면 바로 이동할 수 있고, 지하철로도 두 정거장만 가면 KSPO에 도착해서 콘서트 보러 가기에도 딱이에요! 주변에 맛집도 많고, 프런트 직원분들도 친절해서 처음 방문해도 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 호텔 내부도 깔끔하고 정돈돼 있어서 만족스러웠고, 1층 로비에는 무료 생수랑 음료도 준비돼 있어서 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 100% 입니다!!"

"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. WiFi and aircon perfect and nice touches like water in the fridge . The bedding was very high quality and so comfortable. "The standard room was a a little small by American standards but was very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many dining options as well as subway and bus stations. Lotte Tower is only 10 minutes away with its mall, shoppong mart (think a grocery store and more) and attractions like Lotte World and Aquarium. On my next trip to Seoul I will definitely stay here again. "
