"I stayed a week at this spacious property. The property is a little tired however this is more than made up for by the host's quick, professional, friendly communications, and immediate assistance. I would recommend this property and the host. The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. "

We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean.
