We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean. "I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit. Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen. It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay... And the wifi cannot be connected . Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look. Very...

"Lovely place. Neat clean and had everything we needed. Only used it to sleep and eat and go out again as we were there for our childs sporting carnival. The only trouble we had was one of the split systems kept tripping in one of the bed rooms and needed to keep reseting outside at the unit. It was a little chilly over the weekend in VIC, so really needed it to just work."

"There was crumbs on my bed sheets. Which implies the sheets weren’t clean. It’s in the take off zone of an airport so lots of planes flying overhead. There was lots of shipping containers on the block, and people came and picked them up in the morning of our stay which was a bit annoying. Host was very polite and accomodating, good communication. Showers had great pressure. Property is on tank water so you can’t drink from a tap but the host provided bottled water. Is a great location for if...
