Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card."
