"Overall it was a good stay! They should have more directions to get to the hotel, and posted on the app that there is no staff at the hotel. The room was nice for the price and close to the Night Market! Getting to the room at first was a bit hard, even locals around did not know how to get there. Luckily our taxi driver got out and helped us by going ahead to try and find the hotel. "

"The location of the hotel is quite good, within walking distance to many places of interests, such as the riverside walkway and some historical sites. The hotel staff was helpful, giving me many tips for places to see. But the hotel surrounding area is noisy. I can hear someone in the neighborhood arguing very loudly late at night. "Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station and a short walk to the airport train station. It is also right around the corner from a busy pedestrian shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel is a Japanese chain, so many aspects of the hotel are Japanese including the bathroom layout (separate toilet from sink and bath) and lots of Japanese items at the breakfast buffet. If I had realized this beforehand I may have chosen a different hotel as I really wanted a ‘Taiwan’ experience and would have appreciated more local options for breakfast. The service was excellent, especially Louis who checked us in and provided us assistance throughout our stay. "
