"Days Inn By Wyndum Liberty New York was close to Bethel Woods for Performing Arts but the hotel is in very poor shape, our room was dirty, black mold around tub, toilet at floor dirty, place was very musty and room air conditioner was noisy and smelled bad. The staff was disturbed by having to work. We will never book another Wyndam property again."

"Front desk asked for card for incidentals but didn’t say the amount they were AUTHORIZING and when I asked why she didn’t tell me the amount she argued with me that she said it was for incidentals which wasn’t what I was asking. She then walked away and got who I assume is her husband and then another man walked up so that it was 3 people bullying me instead of just addressing my concern. Asked for a crib and they had no idea what a crib was because I had to explain that as well. Did not get the...
