Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... Senza più farsi vivi, né con me, ne tramite Expedia, con cui avevo prenotato Che dire, quando c'è onestà e professionalità siamo veramente a cavallo. Un gran peccato"

"Einzigartiges Zimmer mit eigener Sauna und Blick auf die Berge. Frühstück von höchster Qualität. Aktuell Umbaumaßnahmen für einen riesigen neuen Spa-Bereich, dennoch kaum Lärm. Die Pizzeria am Abend aufgrund von der überragenden Pizza zurecht gut gefüllt. 10/10!"

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

"Sehr freundlich, stilvolle Zimmer, sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Restaurant nebenan sehr lecker, guter Service. Einzig die Zimmer Türen sind infolge Türschliesser sehr laut. Man kann sie trotz Niederhalten der Türklinke nicht leise schliessen, da wäre eine Verbesserung sehr angebracht. Aber das ist echt auch das einzige."

"Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. They’ve got a solid wine list, great coffee, and every meal came with a view that made you want to linger a little longer. The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed. Lucia gave us an amazing hike recommendation...

"My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei."
