"This is a really beautiful villa. Beautifully designed and decorated. The room gives a rustic feel. It is spacious. The balcony is private. It is close to the national park (6 km). The owner is very nice. He helped us carry luggage upstairs."

Got a jucuzzi suite which helped with the sore legs after hiking in Plitvice. If you want home cooking and a quiet place to relax this is it."

"The location to the park was great. The restaurant was perfect and the room was pretty nice. For the cost however we only got maybe half of a hot shower before it turned frigid. There was a note next to the shower indicating they have a 80 liter hot water boiler- but we didn’t get three minutes of hot water in the shower. Use the bath house if you want a hot shower."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet, clean and spacious. We rented 2 rooms for 3 adults and had a nice living area with a sink, refrigerator, electric kettle that was appreciated. The very best part was something that we didn’t know about. A spectacular view just 3 km down the road. The adjoining restaurant is exceptional. We had dinner there and it was wonderful. There is no other restaurant nearby and that was not a problem."

"Very nice little “cottage”, albeit more like a mini-hotel inside. You don’t have the whole place to yourself, there are several rooms. Very close to the national park (10 minutes walk) and surrounded by nice countryside. The rooms are spacious with a large bath, TV, mini-bar etc. The bathroom was a little small and dated in my opinion and didn’t quite match some of the other parts of the building. The bedding also felt a little cheap (e.g., the fitted sheet didn’t fit and kept coming off)....

"From the photos I expected a dusty rustic cabin. Instead I found a clean room, although the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchenette was small but effective. The Nespresso machine was appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You leave your luggage in their parking lot, where an attendant picks up and delivers it to your room/cabin. "We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Villa Pearl of Plitvice. The rooms are large and airy and perfect for relaxing after a day in the park. The location is unbeatable. It’s an easy 5‑minute walk to Entrance 3, which made getting into Plitvice Lakes simple and stress‑free. This is definitely the way to do the lakes as entrances 1 & 2 were very congested.
