"The hotel is in an excellent location, just one block from the aqueduct. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location and excellent service!"

"Loved the view from room and access to rooftop. Location was close to everything. Restaurant in hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Excellent overall. Would stay there again."

"When I had a problem with the coffee maker shorting out all the electrical in the room, they sent a maintenance person to reset the main breaker in the hallway quickly so my room had power again. The appliance should be replaced."

"Limpia, personal amable"

"Our stay was really nice. Hotel is located near all the top spots to visit and close to restaurants and bakeries. Like all the hotels we have stayed in in Spain the rooms are not sound proof, lots of noise from the hallway and other rooms. The room we stayed in is dated but clean and quai t"

"Lovely location with a great view, food was delicious. Junior Suite was large and comfortable, just a pity that by upgrading to this room meant that the lovely view was impeded"

"Exactly as described"
