"Das Zimmer ist in einem alten Palast im alten Ort. Es gibt keine Rezeption und der Kontakt zu den Inhabern war schwierig. Lage und Ausstattung haben diese Schwierigkeiten allerdings wett gemacht!"

"Eigentlich war alles okay. Aber niemand hat uns unterrichtet, dass man das Haus nur zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein längerer Fußmarsch mit Gepäck in großer Hitze ist sowohl beim ankommen als auch beim abreisen unumgänglich. Für ältere Gäste unzumutbar!! Tropea ist ein bezauberndes Örtchen, dass man allerdings in einem Tag erlebt hat. Längere Aufenthalte sind weniger empfehlenswert."

"Be careful when booking online, we were 4 people and booked a triple room, was charged for extra person and then at the last minute found out that there’s only beds for 3 because it was a triple room. The owner was amazing, and got us the extra cot to squeeze in our room in time for our check in. Very accommodating! Air conditioning worked great and breakfast was good, boiled eggs, toast, croissants, yogurt, fruit, sweets, cheese, deli, coffee and juice. Would definitely would book again!"

"This place felt like an 18th century French palace. Marble and tile everywhere, antique beautiful furniture and light fixtures. Very impressive. Breakfast was great, served in an ornate beautiful dining room. Location in town is perfect. Only downside is walking up 4 flights of stairs."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was warm, and all the staff, both at the reception and during breakfast, were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the walk to the city centre. There is no sidewalk for part of the route, so you have to walk on the road."

"Die Unterkunft war super, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt oder nach Wunsch auch nicht, dann einfaches Handtücherwechsel. Frühstuck war lecker; Früchte, Gemüse, Säfte vorhanden. Sonnenschirm für den Strand konnte kostenfrei ausgeliehen werden. Klimaanlage, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Dusche, Bidet, Safe...alles funktionsfähig."
