"The staff were wonderful and friendly, we were allowed to have the room earlier as it was already fixed by noon. The airconditioning was great especially during the heat wave. The location is perfect, very near the tram and train station. Our room was facing the train track so some noise was expected but not too disturbing. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t eat in as we weren’t too hungry in the mornings. Will definitely stay again."

"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"The room was spacious and very nice. I loved our view facing the side with a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was nice and big as well. Loved having robes and slippers in the room. The lobby could use a makeover. It doesn’t really impress, especially with the dirty front carpet but I was pleasantly surprised with the room."

"Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Wirkt recht neu bzw. gut gepflegt. Alles sauber. Große bequeme Betten. Super Klimaanlage im Sommer bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur. Kleiner Nachteil sind die 60 Stufen in den 3ten. Stock. Lage ist perfekt. 200 Meter bis zur Innentadt. 200 Meter bis zur Altstadt. 400 Meter bis zum Strand."

"The staff was great but there were things out of their control that they could do nothing about. Firstly, the location is debatable. Though located within an area that makes it walkable to many places, the homeless, mentally ill, and shady characters that loiter within a several block radius leaves a lot to be desired. Secondly, the heatwave occurring across Europe was intense and the building is worn and tired. The A/C equipment is unfortunately among the old and tired. It simply couldn't...
