"Hotel is good . Accessible to Metro and tram. Only disappoint was , we have booked 5 - 2 bedrooms apartments and expected early check in for couple of apartments. I have requested before going there . Simple they entertain early check ins . "

"We had three 2-br apartment units, they were perfect for our party of 10, spacious, clean and with the kitchen (including utensils and all needed glasses, silverware, etc) and 2 bathrooms we had all we needed. The staff was friendly, and (of course in Holland😃) all are fluent in English. We had a family get together of 25 guests in part of the Lucia restaurant, there was a large TV we used for showing photos and old family films, all arranged perfectly. "Amazing facilities and staff. They thought about everything including free teas/coffees in the reception area and storage facilities for your luggage. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything you need. Very conveniently located right opposite the main train station. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Rotterdam in the future. "
