"I loved the quirky and irreverent decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit small. My wife and I are not large people, and we were always tripping over each other trying to get to the bed or to the door."

Some staff look miserable to be there which dosent give off great vibes. But didnt effect our holiday reccomend the park near by "

"I stayed at the CitizenM Amstel property in June 2025 for 2 nights. The room was larger than other hotel rooms I’ve experienced in Amsterdam. The air conditioner worked tremendously well which I find rare for Europe. The room was VERY clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness) and VERY quiet (I had a room overlooking the garden). "Was a good little hotel verry clean down side is that not close to city center but tram stop is only a 5-10 min walk so wasnt so bad staff were lovely and happy to help would stay again but would not get a low level bed next time "

"som sådan et rimeligt ophold. Hotellet ligger på sin vis lidt afsondret, men der er ikke så langt til et bytorv med indkøbsmuligheder. 2 minutters gang er det hele for at få et par dagligvarebutikker og nogle restauranter. Lidt generende med brandstationen, som nærmest nabo, da man kan høre alle udkald på stationen og specielt når sirenerne går i gang, så larmer det ret meget imellem de høje bygninger. Det er ikke højeste standard på værelserne, men rimelig kvalitet og rengøringen fejler ikke...
