"This Property is not a worth at all at the price they are changing. In the name heritage property they are just fooling you. Booked the all inclusive package from Expedia but they refused to give breakfast and other meals. Staff is not supportive. Only good thing about property is views from the room is awesome."

"The property is very old. There was no floor mat in the bathroom, if we open the shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Since there is no mat it's becoming messy. Night until 1AM there was some program happening outside. It was so noisy so couldn't sleep. They can improve cleanliness "

"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."
