"We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay."

"Excellent facilities close to the Université de Montréal. Clean, in excellent shape, and close to many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, transit in a walkable part of the city. Great overall value. Will book again."

Parking is inside and was very reasonable and worry free.Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke English for non French speakers. Breakfast was continental with and a wide variety of choices, excellent!! Will definitely recommend and will definitely return."

"The Lofts are located in a separate building from the main hotel and the unit we stayed in was a walk-up. So be prepared for stairs! The loft was fantastic and offered great street views of Old Montreal. The Loft was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. We were only 59 steps (down) to the street and it was so great to have all that access to Old Montreal. Highly recommended! Hotel and Valet staff were highly helpful and responsive too.
