"This is a good enough space for the cost. You get a small apartment to yourself, living room, laundry included, kitchen with a dishwasher and full bathroom. The location is good with quick access to Guy-Concordia. A few things are lacking: the wifi connection is awful. Come with a good data plan - you will not be able to use any apps that require location services. The Pierce team tried to assist this issue for me but we had no resolve. "We were in the area and had really no other place to stay and ended up choosing this location. It looks charming and quaint from the outside but it's not great on the inside. I would not recommend. "

"We stayed for two nights, the apartment was spacious and clean. Although the kitchen was fully equipped we only used the microwave and coffee maker. At the reception desk, the staff was very nice and helpful."

"The property has an over, microwave, dishwasher and a full fridge, which is rare to find at this price. The host responded to my messages promptly. The only issue I found was that there is little noise insulation, so the noise could comes in from outside and the hallway. But overall, excellent value for the money and well designed property in and out."
