"The hotel is nice, the rooms and hallways are a but outdated bit clean and neat. The bathrooms are upgraded with nice toilettries and clean towels. The breakfast room is neat, the staff is super nice and the menu is generous and varied. More than what we expected honestly! The gym room is nice and modern, and the pool is super nice. The only thing we hated was the heat control! The room was super hot!! The controller is very old, we pulled the temp down to the minimum but the room stayed so hot!...

"It was under renovation and we got a beautiful room that was redone. The lobby was messy the next morning and we were awake by 6am with the construction going on. "

"Gorgeous Hotel in such a great location in Old Montreal. I let the hotel know it was my husband birthday and they upgraded our room and brought him a thoughtful birthday cake! The rooms were very clean and comfy with gorgeous views! We went for cocktails at a Maggie Oakes in the main floor and had the best espresso martini. This was our first of many trips here! Thank you for the excellent stay! "
