"We chose this hotel for the chance to have a room with a view of Niagara Falls and for this it did not disappoint. We stayed on the 10th floor and could view the American and Canadian Falls from our room. A wonderful view with the beauty of the Falls, the lighted falls each night and the fireworks at 10 pm each night. There is a viewing area on the 14th floor if needed as well. The room itself was comfortable enough for 2 people with a king bed and a small couch, desk, dresser. The hotel is a bit dated, and one thing that stood out was the lack of outlets in the room, most being behind a large headboard or dresser, and already in use for the TV, refrigerator, lamps, etc. Carpet was clean, but when they updated it, they just cut around the bed and no carpet under the bed!! Large shower could fit numerous people...but other section of bathroom tiny with a pedestal sink and literally nowhere at all to place things while using the mirror, etc. No breakfast, but free coffee and tea in lobby. Small pool which we did not take advantage of. Could only connect successfully to Wi fi when in the lobby. Plenty of restaurants to walk to for each meal. Plenty of staff on desk. Most unfortunately there is a $50 per night fee to park. Overall, a good stay however since we could walk right across the street to the tram, visitor center, bus and attractions. Perfect for all that!!!!"
