Here are its problems.
For a hotel called "Fallsview" half of the rooms are faced towards inland and can see nothing, I booked a fall-side room and got shown into a land-side room and they wouldn't change it, I asked for a water kettle to boil for my tea / cup noodle but the one they gave me leaked all over the desk and shorted out the electrical killing my charger that was connected, room was fairly dusty on the tables and came with two water bottles, there was a nice sized tv but no netflix or other streaming service logged in and you had to pay for your own, soundproofing wasnt terrible between rooms but you could hear everyone talking in the hallway
Bed cushion wasnt bad but blanket was definitely not thick enough to keep warm
Friendly staff though, also dont expect on-site free parking as they advertise as it costs 100$ for a valet service to park on site or 70$ to park yourself, there is a close by parking lot for 35$ a day (+tax) or a 5 minute walk spot for 10$ a night
Overall a 3/5 stay for 350$ a night"
