The room is located right next to a very loud bar that goes on until the early hours of the morning. The beds are two sofas and the decor is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing. The host was incredible. He bought us coffee a few times in the cafe outside, he booked us on a boat tour and he was very informative.

First of all the host Radonja is a decent man and it was easy to contact him and he was flexible for our needs, as i arranged with him the night before arrival he was waiting for us outside the property and he welcomed us and gave us alot of recommendations from sightseeing to dinning and we followed most of it and we didn't get disappointed as it was amazing. The studio is clean, centrally located in the old town and of a good size just enough for 2 person despite the toilet is on the tiny side. It's a lively area so expect noise till after the midnight. Thank you Radonja for your nice invitation for the coffe and all the nice recommendations which helped us having better holiday

Bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait. L hote est d une rare courtoisie. Il nous a trouvé une solution gratuite pour le stationnement de la voiture (pas un détail à Kotor). Quelques petits détails au niveau du studio, sans grande importance ; le matelas est très confortable. Je recommande.

Central and nice apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were greeted by a friendly host who was happy to share information about the city’s highlights and gave us great tips on which restaurants to check out. He had even prepared maps in Norwegian for us. He offered us free beach towels and invited us for coffee. The apartment is very central and convenient. The host also helped us arrange an affordable taxi back to the airport, as many drivers charge high prices for this route. The only negative thing was that the internet was occasionally unstable. There are many stairs up to the apartment, but the host helped us carry our luggage. I see several complaints about noise, but that’s to be expected when staying in such a central location. We had no trouble sleeping. We felt very well taken care of and can highly recommend Studios Belvi.

I wouldn't stay there again; you can certainly find many better options in Kotor. Too noisy, no curtains on the windows, too many stairs, no parking, and the host is very polite but unsympathetic.

A Warm Welcome

I had a wonderful experience staying at Studios Belva. The location is perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful. The hostess was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed.

Charming apartment- but too loud outside

Little cute & clean apartment in the location in Old town Kotor. The host is amazing: responsive and very hospitable. However his apartment is located right next to the loudest pub/bar in old town Kotor. The bar’s very loud music goes on exactly up until 1:00 am. Our unit had washing machine and very powerful AC.

The location of this property is unbeatable. It’s hard to find because it’s within the walls of old town. The owner is a wonderful young man who is very helpful and will be there whenever you need him. This particular time, the parking situation was not good. We had to park at a gas station three blocks away, which for us, caused us a little stress. The owner said no problem, and he was right. He even helped us take our luggage to and from his property. Also, the Wi-Fi was out most of the time we were there and we really needed that so that was tough. The owner said it was a citywide outing so it wasn’t his fault. It’s hard to be fair when reviewing this property because normally he has a good parking space and I’m sure the Wi-Fi normally works just fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

旧市街の中に位置し、周囲には飲食店も多くロケーションは最高です。近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、部屋にミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、調理器具、食器などもあるので食事には苦労しません。 フロントデスクがなく、チェックイン時には電話する必要があるので、人によっては面倒に感じるかもしれません。外の通りでは午前1時まで音楽が流れているので騒音が気になる人もいるかもしれません。 全体的には大満足で高評価です。

Fin base for utforsking av et spennende bymiljø

Stedet ligger i gamlebyen, nær den sørlige porten og adgang til bymuren. Kontaktpersonen var lett tilgjengelig på telefon, sørvis-opptatt og ville bidra til at man trivdes. For å komme til leiligheten må man gå opp ei litt bratt, utendørs steintrapp, og innvendig er der ingen heis.

Mysigt, litet boende i gamla stan, med mycket bra läge! Dock något högljutt på kvällen då det ligger en bar med uteservering precis nedanför. Väldigt trevlig värd/ägare till boendet som hjälper till med utflykter, tips och gärna tar en öl tillsammans!

Great host and location

Kotor is beautiful and the host is very available, nice and helpful. The apartment has a great location, but next to a crowded bar. The apartment is nice but basic.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host

Our stay was great! We arrived much later than expected (midnight instead of 6pm) and the hotel owner was kind and understanding. The next morning he gave us many tips for our trip in Montenegro over a cup of coffee. The property was clean and affordable and perfect for two friends. The bathroom was clean and efficient. It is also located very close to the bus station and right in the old town, so it is a great location with a great price. I am very happy we chose Studio Belvi for our short stay, it was the perfect place to see Old Town in a short time.

The location was great, within the walls of the city and very close to bars, restaurants and tourist sites. Next door to the busiest bar in the old town, music was on until the early hours of the morning but bearable. We found it a little difficult to initially find the accommodation, google maps did not provide the exact location and the description didn’t really help either. Once found, the host was very helpful and happy to share local knowledge and made for a pleasant stay.

Lovely two story apartment with a great view. The location is great and within walking distance of the main attractions of the city. The host is very friendly and was very helpful with recommendations of what to do in the city.
