"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "

Several farm animals nearby give it a very calm and serene vibe complementing the city life in the old town just a 7-10 minute walk away. "The apartments were easy to find and in a perfect location. Beautifully located along the edge of the water and just a 15 minute walk from the old city, Kotor. Also, within walking distance is a shopping mall, supermarket, and plenty of bars, cafes, and places to eat. The apartment had all the necessities and were clean and orderly... perfect for a multi night stay. The owners were nice and helpful and made you feel welcome. For sure, a great place to stay!"

"We have had a wonderful 9 days at Castello Risano. Excellent service from booking and throughout the stay. The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained, there’s free parking and a short walk down the hill to the local shops, restaurants and harbour. Local sites are easily accessible and a short drive to Perast and Kotor which are both beautiful. Anna...

"AMAZING!! The host, Radohia (and his lovely mother) were so kind and helpful. Very polite, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide valuable information on sightseeing and dining, as well as coming to the rescue when needed. The apaprtment lacked for nothing and it was very clean and well located to walk to favored destinations. I travel the world, and I was extremely impressed. Highly, highly recommended!"
