"I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation."

Very polite, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide valuable information on sightseeing and dining, as well as coming to the rescue when needed. The apaprtment lacked for nothing and it was very clean and well located to walk to favored destinations. I travel the world, and I was extremely impressed. Highly, highly recommended!"

I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "

"Staff was helpful and kind. Property is as it’s pictured. However the noise is way too more than tolerable. The place above the hotel has a party every night till 1 AM! It’s not just simply street noise, but the speaker is actually right under your window blasting on the fullest! I couldn’t find proper earplugs to block out the noise…."

"The actual room is very nice. Getting there is the negative. The agency is nearly impossible to find. The address is no help as they really don’t use address in the old town. The location on Expedia is wrong. The agency will send you a GPS location. Be sure to use that!! When you get to that location be sure to go upstairs in the apartment building to find the office. The unit itself is up many stairs. The first flight is up very dirty medieval stairs filled with cigarette butts and...
