"The Casa Collection apartments are great with a panoramic view of the Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains. The units are brand new and very clean. There's construction in the area so it was a bit dusty mostly from the dirt road. The staff allowed us to checkin early. A couple of things to note: 1) there are no restaurants or eating options nearby so plan accordingly. "The hotel was new and immaculate. The staff was extremely helpful especially the Concierge- every time I needed to go go anywhere. I got a golf cart immediately to drive me around as the town is a little spread out and it was 97° when I was there. You will not find a better gym anywhere. "We spent two weeks in Montenegro- this was the only property that was a disappointment. After checkin we waited three hours for our room, after being told the room was empty and would be cleaned promptly. Front desk attendant was rude and it wasn’t until I asked for manager did we get any resolution. I had also asked for a room on a high floor and away from the pool due to noise. "Gym is max 3 people so small and when you arrive parking seems difficult, but the public parking right nearby is €15 for 24 hours which we always found a space in. Staff are excellent. Location is great, could do with coffee facilities in the room"
