Cari Taman Karavan di Kottawa Town

"This is my very first stay at this hotel & I was told it's under a new ownership for the last 6-7 years. The Front Desk & the Housekeeping crew were very friendly, courteous & attentive. I was given two free 500ml bottles drinking water per day which was very helpful. The bedroom & bathroom linens were very clean without any stains. The air conditioner was perfect for me, but the elevator failed for two and a half days due to lack of spare parts. I was on the 3rd floor, and the Front...

"I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). "Waktu tempuh dari bandara Colombo ke hotel ~ 45 menit (dengan mobil). Saya check in di hotel sekitar 00.30, petugas dengan cepat mempersiapkan semua yang dibutuhkan dan kunci kamar sudah tersedia dalam waktu 5-10 menit. Saya tinggal di lantai 11. Pemandangan cukup bagus sebagian ke arah kota dan sebagian ke pantai. Interior kamar type minimalis modern. Kamar cukup bersih, luas nya sedang utk 2 orang. Kamar mandi bersih, hanya amenities sangat standard. Kualitas sabun dan shampoo harus...

"The room was nice but there was cockroaches in our bed"

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Right next to a train station. Sleep is not easy."

"Good"

"Would recommend. Good location. Nice and quiet area. Room was very clean. Nice hotel overall"

"while I was checking in front desk staff specifically one girl was very rude, I might never being rude with my guest like that while working. Then there room floor was not that clean also the window glass. I booked sea view room due to the blurr window i couldn’t enjoy the view that much. AC was not working on the night. We called on the front desk told them the problem but they didn’t respond. On the breakfast there is a old guy working he was literally racist.. He asked me 3/4 times that which...
