If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. I'm usually critical, and don't give such ratings easily -- but I want to specifically thank TAJ KUMARAKOM's accommodation manager, the housekeeping in-charge, and the restaurant team for making our stay MEMORABLE for a family occasion. They went out of their way to make it special with cake, decorations, and EXCEPTIONAL service. We experienced the magic of the TAJ experience, and the staff members definitely lived up to this ideal.
