"Restaurant staff were helpful. Nice location but rooms and towels needs to be cleaner. Hallway smells like cigar most evenings and lots of noise coming through the door. Several lake view rooms are blocked by large trees still being marketed as lake view."

"The room was beautiful, great view of the lake. Plenty of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and all bedding excellent. The bag to take swimming with towels in was very useful. If i was going to fault anything the towels were not of a high standard in the room very thin."

"This hotel had the best AC of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our trip. They also had a ton of hooks to hang items on in addition to the typical closet hangers. The breakfast was fantastic. Ebikes were able to be parked and charged in the lobby overnight."

"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. ..."
