"Unfortunately Storm Lodge was hit with wind and rain causing electricity outages. We also had plane landing issues due to weather causing us to arrive latter than expected. "The location of this resort was excellent. The large room had a beautiful view of the beach which was easily accessible. The beach is fabulous for walking on. There are no groceries or restaurant on site. However, within 15 minutes of driving, you have everything you need. This place really is perfect for a very self-sufficient. Stay on a beautiful beach. It is very relaxing and quiet."

"Breakfast and service was good. However, I was double-charged since Expedia charged my card for all 3 rooms, and then Gina at reception said that only 1 room was paid for. So, we had to pay for the remaining 2 rooms all over again!!! Their credit card machine wasn't working. Therefore, had to pay in cash."

"Nice for a short stay. Staff was friendly. Room was okay. Location was convenient across from a small market and quirky restaurants. Specifically chose the room with an air conditioner but the air conditioner unit vibrated the wall so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Debris from the tree above would also fall onto the tin roof very loudly. "
