"Good"

"The Hotel looks beautiful and the rooms feel new, clean & modern. Ensuite is very tastefully decorated."

"Convenient location. I do not like the couch as it was old and part of it was pelled."

"Excellently positioned motel with fantastic amenities nearby. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the convenient kiosk on the premises. The property is close to a charming shopping village that covers all your daily needs, and it is just a short drive from the Canberra town centre. I loved how fresh and modern the motel felt and it is definitely a cut above the average motel. Laundry facilities on premise were a great bonus, and our room was tidy, comfortable and served its purpose perfectly. We...

"Room was nice enough for our visit. Had what we needed. Only negative in our point of view was the soft bed"

"Great value for money."

"Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty. We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing. It was clear that he did not care."

"Building was old, needed maintenance. Booked on Trip - rate charged greater than available at location."

"Really comfortable bed and little extras that are often missing in more expensive hotels such as a shower cap, and a stocked mini bar. Delicious little packets of biscuits with the tea and coffee facilities. Careful keeping of my Left property (jacket and phone charger). I felt really comfortable here thank you."

"Our family stayed there for 3 nights. Parking was a bit tight to navigate for a big car, especially if another car was coming down the opposite way. Slight musky smell in the apartment - had to spray some air freshener. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working - had to open the windows to air out the steam. Walls are thin - can hear other people if they get a bit loud at night. But otherwise, a good place to relax after exploring the city."

"Lovely hotel."
