The customer services are terrible in the front desk on 1/18. My mom tested negative rapid test result but they charged us $1200 because she had a positive result from the day before. My mom has no symptoms at all. After a heated conversation, they were willing to return the money but a lady ended yelling at my mom “get your luggage now and leave” and kicked her out of the hotel. We lived in the United States and travel to many places and visit so hotel. This is by far the worse experience ever. The people at the front desk are disrespectful and racist.
