"I confess I fell for the headlines. Rosewood HK, the no. 1 hotel in the world! We were excited to close out our trip there. And yes, the building is beautiful and imposing, and the rooms are the stuff dreams are made up. And that’s about it. There is not a trace of hospitality in how this hotel is managed. When you charge so much for a room, you are expected to deliver. In particular the restaurans suffer greatly.
