This hotel is at Mongkok East Railway station, so it is very convenient to travel to Shenzhen. If you want to go to Ladies Market you could just walk. To travel to other parts of HK the Mongkok MTR is near. The hotel is clean, quiet and the room is relatively large. Very comfortable to stay, the service staffs are very helpful and courteous too.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and attached to a mall with several food options and access to Mong Kok East MTR station. We traveled as a family of 4 and my kids loved the hotel pool. The pool is actually much larger than it appears in the photos on the website and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice both the pool and change areas were. It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional
