"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."

"upgrade了我的房間，感謝前台山景很美麗，服務也很好，可惜在溫泉泡池很多人抽煙，煙味令到浸溫泉的體驗不好，早餐、晚餐味道也不錯，房間大寬敞，面對河景，早上看見職員釣魚，很好的體驗，其實在溫泉池不應該抽煙會影響其他客人"

"Freundliches Personal, ich konnte sogar etwas früher einchecken. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Taxi ist man schnell im Zentrum. Mehr vegetarische Optionen beim Frühstück inkl. Hafer- oder Sojamilch wären toll."

"This is not a complaint about the hotel but about Hotels.com. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are great. But Hotels.com should have signalled that the hotel was under renovation with some services not available and the restaurant with limited opening hours."
