Asri, banyak makanan n shops, 15min ke pantai
Lobby nampak kecil, tp setelah masuk ke dalam ternyata sangat luas. Kita agak kaget kamar kita jauh di puncak bukitnya, jd hrs naik tangga banyak sekali br smp ke kamar hotel. Kolam renang sgnt bagus. Breakfast jg enak n suasana nyaman. Anak2 sangat senang bisa main di kids club (playroom) Cons: karena banyak pohon, jd banyak nyamuk jg.

A very peaceful hotel to stay in Krabi, and especially if you love nature (leaf monkeys are regularly seen in the trees on the resort) and the hotel takes particular care to be environmentally friendly, using reusable containers , lots of recycling and the like. The honeymoon suits are nice, could use a bit more natural light in the room and are set high up the hill so be prepared for a bit of a hike to your room. Comfortable, clean, and staff are very friendly and professional. Overall great and recommended.

Para repetir
Hotel resort en pleno centro de Ao Nang, muy cercano a la playa, a los comercios y a los restaurantes. También está cerca de los sitios de salida de las excursiones a las islas, por lo que los transfer no son muy largos. La comida en el hotel es muy buena, con un desayuno variado y abundante. Los precios de la carta para cenar son muy razonables. La piscina muy buena, con servicio de bar y hora feliz de 2x1 en cócteles todos los días. El entorno del hotel es magnífico, con muchísima vegetación e incluso con monos de cola larga que de tanto en tanto se acercan a las zonas más concurridas. Repetiríamos sin duda. El personal muy amable y hospitalario.

The location was perfectly situated off the main road and in the center of things. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the air only works when you’re in the room. This becomes problematic when you are in this climate because it causes mold. Our hotel room smelled of mold and our swimsuits took longer to dry because of the humidity in the roof. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel

Ikke et 4 stjernet hotel!
Ikke rigtig noget godt at sige om dette hotel. Vores første værelse var der ekstrem larm (fra gaden/en maskine) og rengøringen uacceptabel. Vi fik skiftet værelse og rengøringen var fortsat uacceptabel her var også ekstrem larm, dog var det fra Cikader. Værelserne havde en mærkelig lugt og aircon system el-gammelt. Morgenmaden var rimelig “skrabbet”, selv vi havde betalt valgte vi ikke at dukke op.

A lot of stairs
Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance. My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.

I took a "primer suite" and a "primer room", both options were bad since they were at the first building which either is close to the road that is noisy or viewing a back rood and a workshop which is not a nice view to look at. 1. the primer suite is on the ground flood on a back road that doesn't have any view whatsoever. 2. the primer room is also on the main building but its either close to the road or viewing the back road and the workshop. I suggest getting other options from the rooms they have. pillows aren't comfortable and the ACs are usually not working fine or too noisy. breakfast is decent and the pool is nice, The hotel's location is good and the staff is helpful.

Frühstück und die Lage( wenn man Trubel mag)ist super. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter- eigentlich nicht schlimm aber das Zimmerklima ist feucht und stickig. Das Schlimmste aber sind die Betten: hart und uns hat es jede Nacht gejuckt.

You could der that they rooms were a bit older, AC made a lot of noise. A lot of choice of restaurants, little shops and massageparlours nearby. Alsof some children so a family hotel. Staff always friendly. Breakfasts could ben netter but in a Nice spot. Big Swimming pool. Ao Nang was already full of People. Beach not to far away.

The room is perfect for couples. It promotes intimacy. The breakfast buffet is OK. Everything you need is in walking distance. There is a 711 across the street from the resort and a market that is a 3 minute walk away. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away. Make sure to walk the beach at night to watch the free fire show. There is also another market about 4km away. If you have time, the complimentary bike can easily get you there.

Overall a pretty good place to stay in Ao Nang Areas. For us Malaysian, one of their staff can even communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and really impressed me. Location wise Pakasai Resort get a big thumbs up due to the convenience location walking to Night Market next to the resort and most importantly, 7-11 just opposite of the resort's lobby. Good stay and highly recommend.

Hotel staff is friendly Location is good, 7–11 is just opposite Bed is very big and comfortable However the hotel room is extremely humid and the bathroom smells terrible. You can smell moldy once you step in the room. And the aircon is super noisy

Bon hôtel mais mérite une rénovation.
Bon hôtel, le cadre est sympathique et le personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. L’hôtel mériterai un rafraîchissement car il est un peu vieillissant. Les photos ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité au niveau des chambres et la salle de bain. Au niveau du ménage il faudrait qu’il soit plus accentué car il y a une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. La piscine est le point très positif avec une belle vue et la présence d’un bar et d’un long Happy hour ! Globalement c’est un assez bon hôtel mais il mérite une rénovation pour mérité les 4 étoiles !

I'd stay here for 9 nights. The location, reception and restaurant staffs, foods and environment are good!! There're lots of greens. If you're okay to stay with lots of animals, insects and lizards, you can enjoy this hotel with great nature. However, the housekeeping is the worst I've ever experienced. At first she didn't provide us new towels and just hang the old one. Therefore we gave her 100THB of tip everyday. From next day she changed towels everyday. However, She didn't change bed sheets and pillow covers till we asked. It was just once in 10days. She did clean the toilet and bathroom once as well. If you expect cleanness for the hotel, I can't recommend you to stay with them

Staff is very friendly and helpful . Location is good. Walkable to Main Street and far from noisy bar. Swimming Pool is salted water. The bad thing is The plug can’t support the electric devices from our country despite same voltage. No lift. Standard breakfast.

Lage ist sehr gut, nah an einer Hauptstraße aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Restaurants und Shops fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück gut, aber wie auch in anderen Hotels wenig abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei der Ankunft wolle man uns (2 Familien) zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstür geben, quasi ein Familienzimmer, wo alles von nebenan zu hören war.. Wir hatte aber zwei separate Zimmer gebucht. Nach einigen Diskussionen hat man uns dann andere Zimmer gegeben, die zwar kleiner waren, aber o.k. Parkplatz war fast immer belegt (durch Angestellte des Hotels),so das es teilweise sehr eng war und kompliziert einzuparken.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt, gutes Essen findet man auch unweit vom Hotel.

Beautiful surroundings, nice, spacious rooms. Our room was at the top of the property up many many stairs. We are a young, fit couple but even we struggled getting up there every time. Despite that though, sometimes we would see the monkeys playing in the trees above our room. Service was great, pool was great. Breakfast had a good variety, but it was pretty similar each day. My wifi wouldn't work properly which made receiving confirmation for activities difficult, but my partner's worked fine. All in all, really enjoyed our stay.

sejour de reve la chambre est parfaite avec une vue magnifique sur le site et la mer au loin Le site de l hotel est tres beau on se croirait dans la jungle, d ailleurs il y a des singes dans les arbres petit dejeuner buffet fantastique personnel tres serviable souriant efficace emplacement de l hotel parfait , au calme mais à deux pas de la ville des magasins et restaurants et des plages piscine grande et propre. Service de bar autour de la piscine .serviette pour la piscine ou la plage, Nous reviendrons dans cet hotel car nous avons tout apprécié
