What a wonderful experience 7 days in beautiful Krakow!. I have travelled to many countries, but Krakow, is perhaps the most cultural, colourful and interesting country I have visited. I purposefully chose the Q Hotel slightly out of the centre, simply because I wanted to test myself on local travel, i.e. get the no. 173/130 buses from the Hotel - Zloty 3.80. The Hotel was excellent in every department, staff were professional and friendly, food in the restaurant simply scrumptious. Would...

The hotel is clean and has very nice service. It is close to the airport about 10 minutes walk. Worth recommending

Fantastic property. Very swish and modern. Excellent value for money when we stayed. Amazing food in the restaurant!

Rooms kept up to an excellent standard, location is good but maybe a little far out unless you use the local trams , otherwise a prefect stay

We were a party of four and had two superior rooms on the tenth floor that gave great views over Krakow and beyond to the country side. The rooms were very clean and in good decorative order. There was a mini bar with usual hotel mark up on products within, tea/coffee facilities, a safe, telephone, flat screen TV (only one English speaking channel), good storage for clothing and bags etc, a generous sized and very comfortable bed with extra covers and pillows available. The bathroom's had hair...

Fantastic hotel. Located next to massive park and only 30 mins by walk to old town. The staff couldnt be any more helpful, everybody was superb. Spatious room and comfortable beds. Perfect for weekend break or longer stay.

All I can say is that we’re very proud and happy to stay here for the rest of our holiday one week here in Krakow in this good hotel 🥰all the services will come to us in a very special place and unforgettable experience ❤️🙏❤️Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to be with you all the staff especially your amazing team and the breakfast is always great🥰

Everything was pretty much perfect. Pleasant staff, helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Atmosphere was lovely. We arrived late and the restaurant was shutting but the staff still managed to produce some food for us on an ad-hoc basis.

Great hotel ideally located.

Great stay . Staff friendly and attentive , hotel very clean with excellent facilities. Faultless service . Food excellent ,also a great choice at breakfast.

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff. Will definitely be back

Hotel good, staff very helpful, food excellent and lovely outside area. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amazing customer service, excessively comfortable and well equipped room, quiet and within walking distance of all amenities

We had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (a quiet street in the Old Town), staff members were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We are planning to return next year.

staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel and rooms were spotless

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

Good location, friendly staff, tram stop just outside hotel, castle a few minutes walk away, central square about 25 mins walk away

We had a great two day break which was only made greater by staying in this hotel the staff were so helpful and very welcoming I hope to be back soon and I most definitely will be recommending this hotel to friends
