"Great apartment for a family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to a tram stop, grocery stores, and within easy reach of Krakow’s Old Town. A garage parking spot was also available, which was very helpful."

"We loved staying here! The room was clean, staff friendly, had air conditioning, and lots of space. It was close to the castle and this delicious restaurant that sold traditional Polish food. Close to the river and walking distance to the town square. I would definitely recommend it!! The only thing is the room faced a wall so there wasn’t a view but we weren’t there for that so we were very happy with it. Definitely stay here again!!"

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. The free espresso machine in the lobby was appreciated, but there is also a nespresso machine in the room if you don't want to go down in the morning, and a great cafe/bakery on the corner. "The place is clean but could do with some updating. Lack of plug sockets. We were on the top floor and the lift was still not working from earlier reviews. The cleaners dont enter your room unless you request a change of towels or bed sheets that there is a small charge for. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious.
