"The staff were fantastic—always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well kept. For a four-star hotel, one might expect softer pillows; unfortunately, the ones provided were quite large and the filling inside them felt lumpy and knotted. The bedsheets were also somewhat worn and torn. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
