The property had works going on outside, which we didn’t know about when booking but the hotel was convenient altho a little tired. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was bakeries, cafes and a supermarket in the area around the hotel. It was very easy to walk to a lot of the sites and the Xmas market

Property has great location, short walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Room is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The standard room has all the necessities but is very compact. Hotel staff is very professional and attentive. Unfortunately, Zwierzyniecka Street is under construction, so there is mud and puddles everywhere, plus some construction noise during daytime.

Last minute booking and so glad I found this place
There was a mix up with my flight back to the UK after a 4 day trip and I had to book Hotel 32 last minute. Wish I had known about this place and stayed here the full 5 days. Back in Kraków in December and will definitely book this place again if the prices remain as good.

Good
The hotel is in an AMAZING location, a short walk from the castle and the old town and a really nice stroll along the river to the Jewish Quarter. There are some great cafes on the street for breakfast (Gossip Cafe and Nap Nap Cafe) and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that the rooms do not look as nice as the pictures but overall we had a good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay and thought it was more a 4 star than 3 hotel, the hotel rooms were gorgeous and staff on reception were rotated to be available 24 hours a day and each person we saw and spoke to was polite and so helpful. The hotel is only a 5-7 min walk to the main square and lovely sights to take in as you go. Highly recommend and looking to book again with Hotel 32 when we bring our children for a short stay later in the year.

Serviceminded manlig personal vid incheckning , Övrigt väldigt trevlig personal. Rummet var litet, standard dubbel, ok för en person men skulle inte fungera för 2.. Stort bra badrum, fönstret mot gatan , spårvagnen hördes tydligt , men upplevde detta rätt charmigt. Bra restaurang i hotellet med super personal. Trevligt litet hotell med bra läge vid Filharmoni, lätt och promenera vidare. Rekommenderar till alla som vill ha det trevligt 👍

cleaning was good. Food was nice. small place at the reception, no privacy for communicaion if second customer was present. very helpful reception desk. entrance not easily found if you did not came before. Hotel sign needs new lights.

Bra men svårt att sova
Bra hotell med god och lugn frukost. Mycket trevlig personal. Ganska obekväma sängar. Vi hade oturen att få rum mot gatan. Hela rummet skakade när spårvagnen körde förbi. Det ligger en 24-timmars spritbutik utanför och det var ganska livat utanför den på nätterna. Bra läge med en kort promenad till både gamla stan och slottet.
