Accueil excellent. Petit déjeuner buffet de grande qualité, du chaud, du salé, du sucré. Très belle expérience. Hotel situé dans le centre historique donc très pratique pour les visites. Malheureusement j’ai du signaler 4 fois en 3 jours que le chauffage de la salle de bain était défectueux. Si je reviens à Cracovie je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.
