Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

What a gem this hotel is! Unbeatable location within minutes of Krakow's main train station and local sites, great facilities including an infrared sauna, and the most efficient and professional team of staff who went above and beyond from my initial call (before booking) to check a few things. The room itself is very clean and enough space for 2 persons. The hotel area also quiet and safe, plus you have 24/7 staff at the front desk so you have nothing to worry. Just one improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning is not really strong and you will feel very hot a lot of time (even in February). Not sure if this is under review and already been addressed. But the rest are fairly meet to the value for money.

This is a lovely hotel. Really well located - close to the old town and shopping centre. Stuff are very helpful. Excellent coffee in the cafe and amazing cocktails in the bar.
