"Établissement bien situé, à 5mn à pied de Union Mall. Prix bon marché.
Points à améliorer : la chambre est vétuste et mal entretenue. Il y avait des fourmis et un lézard. Le chauffe eau n'était pas performant, il sortait de l'eau tiède. "

"Overall baik, karena memang tujuan kita mau ke stadion rajamanggala, lokasinya dekat. Dekat dengan Family Mart yang buka 24 jam. Cukup dekat dengan BTS. Tetapi untuk makanan, kurang banyak variasi, dan letaknya harus jalan agak jauh. Jauh dengan pusat kota. Bagi yang tidak terlalu suka keramaian, ini cocok untuk beristirahat. Jika memesan kamar include sarapan, sarapannya enak, tetapi sudah ditentukan (bukan prasmanan), dan setiap hari menunya sama, sehingga cukup membosankan."

"They give Americans and people from Europe the bad rooms on purpose because most times the rooms are non refundable and they know once you see the room you are going to leave. Hotel entrance is in an alley tucked away between two restaurants. When I finally did find it the place looked abandoned. Then when I made it to the room ( elevator does not work so prepare to walk stairs) the room was the dirtiest place I’ve been in Thailand. Stains on the walls and sheets. bugs and spider webs...

"It is the worst hotel I stayed in Bangkok.
Firstly, I cannot communicate with the hotel through messages. I tried to text them and got no response till now.
Secondly, the front desk haven’t communicated well with the expidea’s cs, I have requested late check in due to flight delays and I have waited for half an hour in 3am waiting for confirmation.
Thirdly, after got in the room, we found there are lots of cockroaches inside the bed room and many stings on the bed. We requested to change...
