"This property is located within the walls of Old Town Split. I was unaware that a taxi could not drop me off at the door. I recently had surgery, and needed help with my luggage. The staff made all the arrangements, and provided someone to walk with me to meet my transportation. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to help me!"

"We enjoyed staying within the palace walls and staying at a lovely and quaint hotel like the Murum. The room was charming and the staff helpful and personal. The only challenge is navigating the stairs but staff is available to assist if you let them know. We’d definitely recommend it."
