"This hotel deserves 5 stars in every category, it’s absolutely lovely! We’ve never experienced a friendlier more helpful staff across the board. They made our stay delightful and it was hard to leave! It’s in a perfect location, very quiet for sleeping, excellent food, spotlessly clean. You won’t be disappointed, very highly recommend this place."

"Ideale ligging, juist aan het begin van de voetgangerszone, dicht bij alles. Proper hotel, uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. We kregen een upgrade naar een prachtige grote familiekamer met fantastisch zicht vanop het zevende verdiep over de hele stad. Wij hadden het hotel specifiek geboekt voor het mooie zwembad, maar deze bleek onder renovatie te zijn."

"Hotel quite some way out of the centre. Thirty minute walk or bus ride in. Room was fine other than being unbearably hot (A:C made a lot of noise but did nothing else). Room was clean. Shower leaked but was good otherwise. Bed was comfortable. Worst thing was the noise - on two separate nights kept awake because of children running up and down corridors until 2.30am. Breakfast was not great - no allergens or information given - as vegans we were able to eat bread (no spread) and fruit only."
