J'aurai apprecié un surclassement ou dédommagement en raison de leur erreur mais non, j'ai eu une chambre basique sans rideaux occultants, mal chauffée avec un petit radiateur supplementaire d'appoint qui fonctionnait mal, pas de bouilloire ni thé, très bruyante en raison des portes qui claquent et resonnent dans le hall... J'ai été...

"The hotel was great overall. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Our room was ready for us upon our arrival. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating. The only area for improvement was the parking signs. They were confusing to find, making it difficult to locate the parking area. However, the hotel is very walkable to restaurants, and there’s a trolley right outside that’s convenient. The kids love riding the trolley to the zoo."
